Spud Brothers May Call Downtown Home

A gourmet fresh potato restaurant, Spud Brothers, (2010 10th St) is currently undergoing a conditional use review by the City of Boulder for its inaugural Colorado location.

The planned Spud Brothers restaurant would offer three different varieties of potatoes: fried; half-fried and half-baked; and baked; along with a selection of gourmet sauces. If approved, build- out would take eight weeks.
