Best Place To Retire: Boulder, CO


Boulder tops the lists again as a top place to retire. According to US News & World report it also is the healthiest and brainiest placed to retire as well. That must be why I get passed by octogenarians running up hill when climbing Mt. Sanitas who are a lot smarter than I am.
